I hate tying big saltwater worm flies.  Hate it.  Wool, zonker, whatever.  They wrap, cast like crap and never look realistic.  I tried to mould some using ribbon and silicon and then eventually thought If I do that I might as well buy some and rig them.  Like a real purist.
